These are the Terms of Service for Go Shoot online ichiban kuji. Please read them before using the service. Together with the Rules of Play, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, this page forms the complete service agreement.

This English translation is provided for convenience only. The Traditional Chinese version of this document is the legally binding text; in case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version prevails.

1. Operator and scope

  • “Go Shoot online ichiban kuji” (the “Service”) is operated by SPINPRIZE DIGITAL CO., LTD. (company registration in progress; the tax ID will be published on this page once issued) (the “Company”). The brand name is Go Shoot.
  • By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • The Service uses Google sign-in; no separate registration is required. You must keep your account details accurate and secure. Accounts may not be transferred, lent or shared.
  • The Service is limited to natural persons aged 18 or over with full legal capacity. Persons under 18 may not register, sign in or use the Service.
  • By signing in you represent and warrant that you are 18 or over. If that representation is found to be untrue, the Company may suspend or terminate the account.

3. Go Coin and pricing

  • Draws on the site are priced in Go Coin. 1 Go Coin = NT$1.
  • Buying Go Coin is a purchase of an on-site virtual points product: you buy Go Coin with New Taiwan Dollars and use it to redeem draw entertainment services on the site. Delivery of the points product is complete once the Go Coin is credited.
  • Go Coin is an on-site virtual points product usable only within the Service. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred, or converted back into New Taiwan Dollars (refunds of unused Go Coin are handled under the Refund Policy). Go Coin given away in campaigns is additionally governed by the campaign terms.
  • Each draw deducts the corresponding Go Coin immediately, and every deduction is recorded in your wallet ledger, which you can review at any time.

4. Draw mechanism and fairness

  • Ichiban kuji is a random-selection product in which every ticket wins: each draw always yields one prize, and only the prize grade differs.
  • The quantity, remaining count and odds of every prize grade in each set are published on the set page and update live as tickets are drawn.
  • Draws use a commit–reveal mechanism combined with public randomness: a commitment hash is published before the box is sealed, and the server seed is published once every ticket has been drawn, so anyone can recompute and verify the result on the Provably Fair page.
  • Draw results are determined entirely on the server; the front end only plays the animation.
  • Compliance statement: the Service is the sale of a random-outcome product (online ichiban kuji) in which every ticket wins, the odds are published, and the result can be verified. It is an entertainment goods transaction — it is not gambling, not an investment, and does not involve any aleatory payout of cash.

5. Prizes and claiming

  • Prizes may be delivered to your address, sent to a convenience store, sent by Chunghwa Post, collected at the Go Shoot Zhonghe store, or converted into Go Coin (only for prizes marked as convertible).
  • Please complete the claim within 30 days of winning. For prizes left unclaimed past that period the Company reserves the right to decide how they are handled; the period stated on the set page and in announcements governs.
  • Where delivery fails because the recipient details were entered incorrectly, the cost of the second delivery is payable by the recipient.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Cheats, automated programs, exploitation of system flaws, and abuse of promotions through multiple accounts are prohibited.
  • The Company may suspend or terminate the accounts of anyone in breach, cancel any irregular gains, and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

7. Changes, interruption and disclaimer

  • The Company may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates or force majeure. Material changes will be announced in advance.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damage caused by matters outside its control, including network outages and third-party service failures.

8. Intellectual property

  • The interface, software and content of the Service belong to the Company or its licensors. Trademarks and copyrights in the product names and artwork of prizes belong to their respective right holders.

9. Campaigns and right of final interpretation

  • The Company reserves the right to add, amend, suspend or terminate the content, terms, eligibility and validity of any draw set, campaign, offer or membership programme, and reserves the right of final interpretation.
  • Where a set page, a campaign announcement and these Terms are inconsistent, the Company's latest announcement governs. In the event of a dispute, and to the extent permitted by law, the Company's interpretation governs.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from the Service, the parties agree that the Taiwan New Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
  • The Company may amend these Terms at any time; amendments take effect once published on this page.
