Rules & terms of play
These are the draw rules and terms of play for Go Shoot online ichiban kuji. The individual draw pages and the latest announcements always take precedence.
This English text is provided for convenience only. The Traditional Chinese version of these rules is the binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Chinese text prevails.
Every ticket wins · no blanks
- Every ticket maps to a prize. You always win something — only the prize grade differs.
- The prize counts and odds of every set are published up front; the Last One Prize is stated openly and never withheld.
- Draw results are decided entirely on the server. The app only plays the animation, and you can check any result yourself on the Provably Fair page.
Go Coin and payment
- Draws are paid for in Go Coin. Go Coin is a virtual points product: it cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be transferred.
- Each draw deducts the corresponding Go Coin immediately, and every deduction is recorded in your wallet ledger.
Claiming your prize
- Prizes can be posted to your address, collected at the Go Shoot Zhonghe store, or converted into in-store credit.
- For postal delivery, enter your correct name, phone number and address in your account. If delivery fails because of incorrect details, the second shipping fee is payable by the recipient.
- Conversion: only prizes with a stated credit value greater than 0 can be converted. Prizes marked 0 cannot.
Claim window and storage
- Please claim your prize within 30 days of winning it (place a shipping order, collect in store, or convert it).
- For prizes left unclaimed past that window, Go Shoot reserves the right to decide how they are handled. The actual window stated on the draw page and in announcements governs.
Returns and disputes
- Draws are random-outcome products and cannot be returned or exchanged once drawn. For a defective item, contact support within 7 days of receiving it.
- If you have any doubt about the fairness of a draw, you can recompute it yourself on the Provably Fair page, or contact support.
- Go Shoot reserves the right to add, amend, suspend or terminate any draw set, campaign or offer, and the right of final interpretation. Where anything changes, the latest announcement governs.
Age and responsible spending
- This service is an entertainment product with a random outcome — it is not gambling. Every ticket wins and every result can be verified.
- Minors must have a guardian's consent to use the service. Please set a budget and spend within your means.
