Go Shoot (SPINPRIZE DIGITAL CO., LTD., company registration in progress) takes your privacy seriously. This page explains how the Service collects, uses and protects your personal data.
This English translation is provided for convenience only. The Traditional Chinese version of this document is the legally binding text; in case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version prevails.
1. Personal data we collect
- Account data: the email address, nickname and profile picture obtained when you sign in with Google.
- Transaction data: records of Go Coin purchases, draws and prize claims (including the name, phone number and address needed for delivery).
- Technical data: device and browsing records (cookies and similar technologies).
- Providing personal data is voluntary. However, without the data required for sign-in or delivery you will not be able to use the corresponding services — membership, purchases, draws or prize delivery.
2. Purposes of use
- Providing and improving the Service: sign-in, the deduction ledger, prize delivery and customer support.
- Public draw feed: on-site live feeds such as “recent wins” show only a nickname or an anonymised handle (for example “Guest00001”); they never show full personal data.
- Statistical analysis and service optimisation, and retention or disclosure where required by law.
3. Third-party services
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel are used for traffic and behaviour statistics. Their collection is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Payments: payments for Go Coin are processed by ECPay. The Company does not store your full credit card number.
- Logistics: when a prize is delivered, the necessary recipient details are passed to the courier, convenience store or postal operator.
4. Cookies
- The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in and for analytics. You may refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features may then not work correctly.
5. Retention and security
- Personal data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to authorised personnel. It is retained until the purpose of use no longer applies or the statutory retention period ends.
6. Your rights
- Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may request to enquire about, review, supplement, correct, stop the collection/processing/use of, or delete your personal data.

7. Changes to this policy
- Amendments take effect once published on this page. Material changes will be highlighted prominently on the site.
